Founded in 1977 by Mr. Aimé MANDEL, admitted to both the Paris Bar and the California Bar, MANDEL – ASSOCIES has a permanent staff of four lawyers and an assistant, bilingual in English, Japanese and Korean, allowing our attorneys to develop a close working relationship with our clients, whilst understanding their business needs.

Ever since its inception, our firm has been able to successfully represent large international corporations and to deal with complex legal files.

The partners of MANDEL – ASSOCIES completed their education and worked in the United States. Our lawyers have experience and substantive representing for years American universities, Japanese public agencies, South Korean start-ups, manufacturers, banks and insurance companies, as well as well-known French clients.

Lately, the firm has considerably developed its intellectual property law practice and offers its clients a full range of services, including IP litigation before all French Courts and filings of trademarks and designs within the entire European Community (EUIPO, WIPO and INPI, France).
