His activities
Aimé MANDEL is the founding partner of MANDEL & ASSOCIES. He has been admitted to the Paris Bar since 1973 and to the California Bar since 1975. He is in charge of the Corporate and Commercial law Department of the firm.
The prime focus of Aimé MANDEL’s practice has always been the representation of international clients, first in the field of estates and real property, and later in connection with foreign investments, their regulatory framework (French and European), companies incorporation, acquisition and administration.
Aimé MANDEL has been representing for over 40 years numerous public agencies and large Japanese or other foreign companies investing in France in various fields such as audio industry, embroidery machines, farming and construction equipment, golf, media, printing and sports articles.
He also represents French companies for their investments in Japan and abroad.
When acting as a litigator, Aimé MANDEL intervenes in the entire spectrum of commercial disputes, including bankruptcy. In this connection, he is admitted to appear before all French Courts.
In addition, Aimé MANDEL has an extensive administrative law practice representing clients before French Ministries and public agencies. Finally Aimé MANDEL has been sitting as Arbitrator in both French and international disputes (ICC).

Paris Bar (1973) and State Bar of California (1975). Admitted to appear before all French Courts and administrations. Admitted to appear before the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Federal Circuit (1996). Admitted to appear before EUIPO (European Union Intellectual Property Office – Alicante, Spain) and INPI (French Patents, Trademarks and Designs Office).
