Mr. Jung Hyun MA (마정현), admitted to the Paris Bar, is a partner of MANDEL – ASSOCIES.
He advises companies, Korean and French start-ups, from different industrial and technological sectors, in Business Law and Corporate Law.
He also advises and represents South Korean companies for the protection and defense of their intellectual property rights in Europe.
He assists and defends companies in the context of international disputes, or advises them in relation with their international projects.
He assists entrepreneurs, particularly in matters of immigration law and for the transfer of business and assignments of tangible, intangible or digital property.
He completed military services in South Korea.
He works in French, Korean, and English.

Jung Hyun MA provides legal advice as an independent lawyer, intervening in business law cases, providing legal advisory services and litigation services, notably in company law.
As a member of the Korean Desk of MANDEL-ASSOCIES, he regularly takes care of Franco-Korean issues, in particular for their French subsidiaries.
He previously worked in French business law firms and within publicly listed companies.
From 2010 to 2012, he completed military services in South Korea.
He works in French, Korean, and English.
